I provide individual and group therapy to people in their 20s, 30s and 40s. My approach is relational, integrative, strength-based and heart-centered.

My approach with clients is often complemented with the use of mind-body techniques, such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, art, journaling, reading, healthy eating and stress relief practices.
Fees & Insurance
My rate is $160 per 45-50 minute session. I accept cash and all major credit cards.
I offer clients what’s called a “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, which can be anywhere between 50-80% of the cost of an individual session. Please verify your insurance benefits and deductible before contacting to schedule an appointment.
