I provide individual, couples and group therapy to people in their 20s, 30s and 40s. My approach is somatic, relational, integrative and attachment-based.
I am passionate about joining people in their journey to growth, healing and moving forward through life’s transitions in creative and life-affirming ways. If you are experiencing the loss of a relationship, ambivalence about your career and the direction of your life or struggling with past negative life events that impact you, I can help provide a safe and supportive space to help guide you through the places where you feel stuck.

Rates & Insurance
I do not accept any type of insurance.
My individual therapy rate is $170 per 45-50 minute session and couples therapy rate is $220 per 50 minute session. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Clients are responsible for payment at the end of each session.
You may be eligible to receive insurance reimbursement. I recommend all clients call their insurance provider to verify their out-of-network benefits. Most insurance companies require what’s called a superbill, which I provide clients with typically at the end of the month, reflecting all completed sessions to be submitted by the client to their insurance provider. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, insurance reimbursement can be anywhere between 50-80% of the cost of each individual session. Please verify your insurance’s out-of-network benefits and out-of-network deductible before contacting to schedule an appointment.
